FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Tommy is an artist and creative based in Fort Worth, TX. With over 25 years in creative design, mural work, and construction, his passion for transforming physical spaces into works of art has come to fruition with the founding of DRKYRD.

Having always searched for a comfortable way to communicate with the world, Tommy spent his early adulthood travelling the country and gained a real-world knowledge of construction, design, and entrepreneurship along the way. This unique blend of skillsets opened up new avenues of connecting with people and his community as a whole. From this education and his desire to provide value to that community, came the idea of DRKYRD.

This creative studio was founded to challenge the idea that branding and visual representations of commercial concepts had to fit into a cookie-cutter mold. While simple can sometimes be the answer, the connection created with your audience can always be unique and interesting. Utilizing bespoke murals, branded environments, custom installations, dimensional artwork and visual systems allows for a true experience to take place.
